7.2 Warranties for White Goods
All of the white goods and appliances that have been installed in your apartment come with a manufacturer’s warranty. For ease the best way to complete the warranties is to submit them to Siemens online which can be done here. We recommend that as soon as you move in you complete the warranty documents as up until this has been done the warranty will not be validated.
Each appliance will require a separate warranty form to be completed and returned to Siemens and in order to do this a number of fields will need to have information filled in. including:
• The Model
• The Price
• The Unique Reference Number
• Retailer – Please enter ‘Design Space London’
• Purchase Date – Please enter the date you legally completed your purchase of the apartment
(This will mean that your warranty runs for the full period from the date you purchased the apartment, irrespective of when it was installed.)
You will have been given a password on your ‘Key Handover Form’ when you moved in, to view the relevant information and numbers for each appliance, to enable the warranties to be completed, please select your apartment from the list below and enter your password. If you encounter any problems with an appliance then you should contact the manufacturer directly in accordance with the guidance in the warranty rather than registering the matter as a defect with the aftercare department.
